Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring to help customers manage auto and home insurance with a fast-paced, remote team. You’ll answer inquiries, identify gaps and discounts, and guide customers to the right coverage using a wide panel of carriers.

Compensation includes an hourly path with uncapped commissions or a service path with base hourly pay; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off. Remote-first with equipment provided and license support where needed.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers.
• Identify coverage gaps or discounts customers qualify for.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, etc.
• Learn the product inside out to guide customers to the right coverage.
• Process service requests and help improve the product through feedback.
