Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is expanding its remote sales team and seeks driven individuals who want to build a career in insurance while helping families find coverage that fits their needs. You will work remotely with access to leads and licensing support, receiving training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Previous insurance experience is not required. This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor role, with earnings based on individual sales production and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and follow a proven process.
• Insurance license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs
• Explain available insurance options in a clear and professional manner
• Help clients complete applications
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application process
• Participate in sales, product, and professional development training
