Briana Ray Agency, an Allstate-affiliated agency, is seeking a motivated remote sales professional to quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products. You will convert leads, manage a sales pipeline, and build relationships to close opportunities while working with agency-provided leads.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales history, remote selling experience, and strong communication. Licenses in Life and P&C are required by start date.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Previous remote sales experience required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products.
• Convert agency leads, referrals and customer opportunities into sales.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage outbound calls, follow-ups and your sales pipeline independently.
• Consistently meet sales, activity and production goals.
• Maintain CRM records and customer information.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching and reviews.
• Deliver excellent customer service following agency procedures.
