Allen Agency is a remote, commission-based sales organization seeking driven Sales Agents to engage with a CRM of leads—no cold calling. You’ll identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions while enjoying a flexible schedule and earning on your terms.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, results-driven and self-directed.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Experience with CRM and client management is a plus.

Responsibilities
