Symmetry is seeking a Part Time / Full Time Sales Professional to join our growing team. This commission-only role allows you to work from home or anywhere in the United States, including Phoenix, AZ.

You will call clients, set appointments, and guide them through insurance options with our leads system. We look for energetic, coachable individuals with an active Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain one), strong self-discipline, and a positive mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health license required or willingness to obtain.
• Commission-based role with potential for variable earnings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Call clients, set appointments, and conduct meetings over the phone.
• Educate clients on types of insurance products and make recommendations.
• Assist clients with the application process for insurance plans.
