Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is hiring for remote insurance sales representatives. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, company leads, and training with licensing assistance. No experience is required, and compensation is commission-only based on sales performance.

You will conduct virtual or phone appointments, explain insurance options, follow up on leads, and help clients complete applications while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn new concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video conference.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance license preferred but not required to apply.
• We will help you obtain the required insurance license before selling.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Contact and follow up with company leads
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs
