Selfless Financial is seeking motivated individuals to join a fully remote insurance sales team with no prior experience required. You will receive training, proven scripts, and exclusive high-intent leads to build client relationships, present insurance options, and close first deals.

You’ll learn how to speak with prospective clients, follow a repeatable system, and grow your production from your first week onward. Licensure or progress toward a life insurance license is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles with strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients via phone and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities
