InsuraTec is seeking entry-level Remote Insurance Agents to join our team. You will receive professional training, have access to eligible client leads, and work remotely on a full-time basis with a commission-based pay structure.

No prior insurance experience is required as we provide licensing guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed in client consultations over phone or video.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license.
• Available to work full-time.
• Comfortable in a commission-only role.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects and conduct insurance consultations by phone or video conference.
