Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be physically located within the United States.
• Must have a computer with webcam and microphone.
• Reliable high-speed internet access.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly.
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on client needs.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
• Review existing coverage and assist with policy updates.
• Provide professional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up records.
