Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Insurance Litigation Attorney licensed in California to join our remote-friendly team. You will independently handle litigated and non-litigated files and mentor less senior attorneys. This role may be performed remotely anywhere in the U.S.

with travel for depositions, mediations, and trials. Requires CA bar licensure, 5–8+ years in insurance defense and strong written and oral advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense with courtroom and trial experience.
• Requires law degree and CA bar license.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigated and non-litigated files.
• Advise and mentor less senior attorneys.
• Appear and advocate for CSAA IG in personal injury matters.
• Prepare discovery, pleadings, and trial briefs with input from claims.
