Leads are provided with no cold calling. The role offers mentorship, career advancement, and a commission-based structure with first-year earnings around $69K, plus renewals that create ongoing residual income across North America, including Colorado.

Qualifications

• Laptop or desktop computer with a working camera.
• Insurance license required or willingness to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must reside in North America including the United States or Canada.
• We do not hire candidates residing outside North America.

Responsibilities

• Contact provided leads to schedule virtual meetings with clients.
• Present benefit programs and assist clients with enrollment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
