Qualifications

• 3+ years in Insurance Defense Litigation
• Experience in Bodily Injury, Construction Defect, or Employment favored

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense litigation matters for clients
• Work remotely or in hybrid setup from Las Vegas or CA offices
• Meet monthly target of 170 hours and pursue business development opportunities
• Maintain active and in-good-standing status with CA or NV Bar
