The ideal candidate will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including construction defect experience, with opportunities to mentor, work with Claims teams, and develop client relationships within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates will have experience in handling a variety of insurance defense matters but experience with construction defect is required.

Responsibilities

• Initial case handling. Communication with Claims and insureds.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Evaluation of claims
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Plan and prepare for trial including to adherence to all deadlines, etc.
• Trial experience Preferred
