SalesDraft is seeking an experienced Insurance Closer to convert warm, transferred, and inbound leads into new policyholders in a remote, phone-based role. This fast-paced position focuses on understanding client needs, presenting appropriate coverage, and closing business efficiently.

You will work with live leads, aiming to move conversations toward a decision, with a strong emphasis on meeting individual sales goals and performance targets in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Mobile device with cellular data.
• Reliable home internet required.

Responsibilities

• Take warm-transferred and inbound leads and work to close sales during the initial conversation whenever possible.
• Ask confidently for the sale and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
• Handle price objections, questions, and customer concerns professionally.
• Manage a fast-moving pipeline with multiple leads and customer conversations.
• Follow established sales processes and documentation standards consistently.
• Bundle policies when appropriate while maintaining accuracy in coverage details.
• Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance targets.
