Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance verification and authorizations.
• Engage with insurance companies to address CPT/CDT code discrepancies.
• Provide patients with information regarding coverage.
• Document activity in patient accounts.
• Obtain prior authorization for procedures.
