Qualifications

• Open to agents with or without insurance experience.
• Two-round interview process is used.
• Training & onboarding provided for ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with realtors, lenders and industry partners.
• Conduct discovery calls with clients purchasing homes or shopping insurance.
• Identify best coverage options and present solutions to close the sale.
• Support renewals and cultivate long-term client relationships.
