The T&A Agency is seeking licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents for a remote role with uncapped commissions and flexible full-/part-time options. The position emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a competitive yet supportive mindset, with ongoing training and mentoring.

You will identify client needs, build relationships, educate clients on policies, and close sales while working independently within a collaborative team and using modern CRM tools.
