- Must be willing to obtain state insurance license.
- College degree preferred but not required.

- Member Consultation: assess insurance and financial needs and recommend solutions.
- Customer Service: provide timely, exceptional service and resolve inquiries.
- Networking: build and maintain a network of client members and referrals.
- Training and Development: participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills.
- Target Achievement: meet or exceed business development goals.
