The role is remote with flexible scheduling and a commission-based compensation plan with bonus potential. Primary duties include consulting with clients, recommending Life/Health/Retirement products, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• No prior insurance experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products (Life, Health, Retirement, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with potential clients (training provided).
• Stay current on industry standards and compliance requirements.
