Ideal candidates are licensed Life & Health agents (or willing to obtain), with strong communication skills and proficiency with video consultations in a remote work setup.

Formación

• Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to complete state licensing.
• Tech-fluent and able to host energetic, professional video consultations.
• Natural communicator who translates complex financial concepts into simple steps.
• Organized self-starter comfortable with remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to assess client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
• Engage inbound and outbound leads using integrated CRM tools and digital channels.
• Build relationships through clear, empathetic virtual communication and maintain long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to streamline client applications and policy issuance procedures.
• Collaborate with team during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
