Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families who requested life insurance information.
• Help clients understand coverage options based on goals and budget.
• Conduct phone and Zoom consultations in a professional, relational way.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Manage follow-up and client communication using our CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development.
