Stratford Davis LLC is hiring a Fast-Track Remote Insurance Agent to connect with clients across regional markets through live video presentations of life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to underwriting and policy delivery, while engaging in daily training, leadership coaching, and sales workshops. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role with flexible scheduling, health benefits, and annual travel rewards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agent or willing to complete pre-licensing
• Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting
• Self-starter capable of maintaining high focus and production in a work-from-home role
• Strong desire to master insurance sales and potentially lead an agency

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
• Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
• Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
• Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
• Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
