Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid insurance licenses required: P&C and Life & Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about auto, home, life, and other insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional responses.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options.
