Job summary

Qualifications
- Five+ years of instructional design experience in higher ed.
- Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
- Experience designing online courses with outcomes, assessments and RSI.
- Hands-on D2L Brightspace course-building experience; RSI/UDL/WCAG knowledge.
- Experience using generative AI in course development and reviewing AI content.
Responsibilities
- Design and redevelop online courses and curricula in Brightspace and other platforms.
- Align outcomes, activities, assessments, and RSI with faculty.
- Create active learning experiences and collaborative activities.
- Design RSI and faculty-presence strategies; ensure accessibility.
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with multimedia, accessibility, and QA teams.
