Prescott’s, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales - Contract Support Specialist to join our team.

This role supports two defined sales territories, focuses on contract renewals, new business development, and cross-sell opportunities across Surgical Microscopes, Pumps, Monitors, Anesthesia, Washers, and Veterinary Equipment. The position can be remote or onsite in Monument, CO, requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2+ years in inside sales or customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers and build rapport.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of marketing and sales motions.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Contact potential customers via cold calls, email, and online chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Educate customers on benefits and features of our products and services.
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, and activities using NetSuite CRM.
• Nurture relationships to generate repeat business and upsell.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls and orders.
• Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
