Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years working as a physical damage appraiser.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel and be temporarily reassigned for catastrophe duty.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged automobiles and negotiate repair cost agreements.
• Communicate with various stakeholders regarding inspections and conclusions.
• Handle investigations by phone, mail, and on-site.
• Work towards the resolution of claims, including arbitration and mediation.
