Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent in a remote work environment. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching products to options to secure policyholders. Training includes licensing, with no cold calls and strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• No cold calls; all inbound warm leads.
• From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
