NYX Health Group is seeking an experienced Infusion Prior Authorization Specialist based in the United States for a remote, full-time role. The candidate will handle insurance verifications, submit and track prior authorizations, gather documentation, and communicate with payors and clinicians, following authorizations through to approval in a fast-paced Cancer Infusion Team.

• 4+ years of infusion prior authorization experience -Required
• Extensive hands-on proficiency in EPIC and prior authorization workflows
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verifications, submit and track prior authorizations
• Gather required documentation and communicate with insurance payors and clinicians
• Follow authorizations through to approval while working within a team
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and support daily revenue cycle operations
