Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Information Security Risk Specialist to help DoD organizations understand cyber risks, interpret applicable policies, and develop mitigations. You will review technical information, engage senior leaders, and craft plans with milestones to secure mission-critical networks.

You will translate complex security concepts into actionable guidance and broaden expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance while protecting national security interests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with IT operations or cybersecurity.
• Experience in cybersecurity compliance, operations, or engineering leadership.
• Ability to work with senior leaders (CISO, CIO, CTO) and executives to ideate, build, and execute cybersecurity maturation roadmap.
• Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams to develop implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Ability to author technical documentation, white papers, and blogs on cybersecurity topics.

Responsibilities

• Review technical and personnel details to assess threat landscape.
• Guide clients through plans of action with presentations and milestones.
