Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a proactive Information Security GRC professional to coordinate client security inquiries, questionnaires, and evidence requests. You will work with cross-functional teams to compile accurate responses while protecting sensitive information and maintaining compliant evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience in information security compliance, client assurance, IT audit, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
• Experience coordinating security questionnaires (e.g., SIG, CAIQ) and evidence requests.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft clear client responses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary intake point for client security due diligences and questionnaires.
• Coordinate evidence requests across control owners and SMEs; maintain trackers.
• Draft responses using approved policies and content; escalate as needed.
• Manage timelines and communication between clients and internal Security teams.
• Maintain organized evidence repository; support audits and remediation tracking.
• Prepare operational metrics and status reports for leadership.
