Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• Experience with open-ended feedback analytics and mining insights at scale.
• Experience in analytics engineering, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and transformation.
• Advanced reporting/visualization using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify insights from diverse data sources to solve complex business problems.
• Lead analytics reporting, data science, and data engineering tasks to optimize performance and member experience.
• Build and present data-driven stories for executives and stakeholders.
• Own complex process improvements and metric development across experience data and reporting.
• Upskill team in data architecture and reporting; drive cross-unit collaboration.
