Job summary

Payfuture Technologies is hiring a Senior Informatics Technical Specialist to be the frontline contact for customers integrating our software with laboratory systems. This fully remote role requires significant travel to client sites and involves blending automation with informatics to ensure system communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate degree in a relevant field alongside 3+ years of clinical lab experience, with knowledge of LIS and strong programming skills preferred. The hourly pay ranges from $36.06 to $43.27, and benefits include paid time off and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical lab environment or with a clinical LIS.
• Must be able to travel 85% of the time to client sites.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Integrate automation and informatics with LIS for seamless communication.
• Identify gaps and design improvements in the integration process.
• Integrate third-party hardware supporting customer satisfaction.
