Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in integration support or middleware operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting Infor CloudSuite environments.
• Experience supporting global organizations or international clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day integration operations across enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve interface, connectivity, and transaction-processing issues.
• Manage integration exceptions and support incident resolution.
• Analyze failures and implement corrective actions.
• Review and recommend integration architecture and interface design improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain integration stability.
• Support interface deployments and production support activities.
