The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in a relevant field, significant experience, and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist. Local travel is required within California.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong regulatory experience specific to Federal and/or state OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of or experience in building sciences is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze existing conditions or historic events.
• Evaluate and control exposure to health hazards.
• Prepare oral and written reports that document findings.

Skills

Certified Industrial Hygienist

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Ability to work with minimal oversight

Capability to lift 30 lbs

Education

4-year degree in a science or engineering field
