Stanford University’s Industrial Contracts Office is seeking an Industrial Contracts Associate to support faculty by drafting and negotiating material transfer and other research-related agreements. You will handle a diverse caseload with sponsors including industry, non-profit, government, and others, and interact regularly with faculty and staff.

• Ability to communicate with faculty and staff in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate material transfer and other research-related agreements.
• Maintain a caseload with varied sponsors (industry, non-profit, government, and others).
• Review agreements, communicate with faculty and staff, and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with ICO and OTL on intellectual property terms for research agreements.
