Job summary

Allstate Corporation is seeking a Personal Financial Representative to own a financial services practice under the Allstate brand. You’ll partner with local Allstate Agency owners to generate new business while benefiting from shared leads and flexible space.

You’ll work face-to-face with clients, offering protection and asset strategies, with support and education from Allstate to scale your independent practice within the community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand with support.
• Partner with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business and revenue streams.
• Meet customers face-to-face and develop deep client relationships.
