Job summary

Answer Financial is a remote, work-from-home insurance sales firm. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will take inbound calls from shoppers to compare auto and home insurance and help them purchase policies.

Both licensed and unlicensed paths are supported via paid pre-licensing or paid training classes. You’ll receive a base pay of $21.24 per hour and a target total compensation of $58,890 to $88,330 per year (base plus incentives).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years inbound sales experience preferred.
• Active P&C license or successful completion of pre-licensing program required for unlicensed candidates.
• Ability to obtain resident and multiple non-resident licenses.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from shoppers to compare auto/home insurance and facilitate policy purchases.
• Participate in paid pre-licensing or paid training programs to obtain P&C license.
• Operate from a remote, home-based setup with reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and efficient use of quoting systems.
