Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a caring, self-motivated caregiver to support clients in their homes from a remote location. You will join a small team dedicated to improving quality of life for the elderly and others who need assistance.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, medication reminders, and coordinating with families. English proficiency is required; drivers license and own vehicle are needed for local visits where applicable.

Qualificações

• Past experience as a caregiver.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus!
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients' needs.
• Must have a valid driver's licenses.
• Must have your own reliable and insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Medication reminders and monitor clients' health as per care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to discuss progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in caregiving.
