C.H. Robinson is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen import compliance across the United States and Canada for an automotive client. You will review documentation, classifications, and valuations while coordinating with brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant transactions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in import compliance, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed to support client operations and program goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs/import compliance or related field.
  • Evening and weekend coverage may be required to support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support on-site automotive client operations as a compliant resource.
  • Manage daily trade compliance activities per U.S. and Canadian regulations.
  • Review documentation, PO data, and customs entry data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with customs brokers to support import operations and issue resolution.
  • Validate HTS classifications, customs valuation, and country of origin determinations.
  • Assess AD/CVD, FTAs, and other import requirements.
  • Review trade remedies and tariff programs (e.g., sections 301, 232, 122).
  • Coordinate post-entry corrections and collaborate with teams and brokers.
  • Support audits, reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
