SafelyYou is a United States-based company aiming to empower safer elder care through AI, hardware, and remote clinicians. We seek an Implementation Manager to roll out our technology across healthcare clients, coordinating across teams to ensure successful go-lives.

The role emphasizes project leadership, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration, with remote work and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Onboarding/Implementation/Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing improvements.
• Top-notch communication with multi-stakeholder projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and ideally have your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SafelyYou advocate, ensuring a smooth customer experience from late-stage sales through go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external customers, aligning on solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders across an account during implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects to deliver on time and within budgets.
• Lead virtual and onsite tours, plan resources, logistics, and installation activities.
