Job summary

NBS, LLC is hiring for a full-time, fully remote role that guides the transition of plans from Business Development to operations and builds an operational relationship with Clients and Brokers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work equivalent preferred.
• Cafeteria or COBRA industry experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Remote work capable with self-management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of Cafeteria/COBRA plans with client/broker/vendor.
• Collect and verify regulatory documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Audit plan design to ensure it fits client needs.
• Maintain regular onboarding client communications.
• Stay current on Cafeteria/COBRA laws and apply them.
• Meet KPIs across all measured areas.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
