Qualifications

• Active U.S. law license with U.S. immigration law expertise.
• BigLaw firm experience handling complex immigration matters.
• Strong legal writing, research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with case management and document review technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate complex legal information.
• Experience with technology-driven legal projects or AI initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze immigration law documents and legal scenarios.
• Draft, edit, and evaluate legal content, including memos, briefs, and case documentation.
