Highmark Health is seeking an Identity & Access Management Security Engineer to join our IAM team. You will participate in the design, testing, and integration of IAM solutions including OIM/OAM, Ping Identity, and Entra ID, focusing on secure access across applications and systems.

The role involves troubleshooting access, maintaining IAM platforms, and training teams on IAM best practices within a healthcare regulatory environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Information Security, IAM Engineering or Systems Analysis.
  • 3+ years with IAM concepts: lifecycle, RBAC, MFA, SSO, cryptography.
  • 3+ years with listed IAM platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, tests, implements, and integrates IAM systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoots identities, access, authentication, and entitlements issues.
  • Maintains IAM systems, patches, monitors, and resolves incidents.
  • Facilitates IAM training and process communications.
  • Refines reusable IAM strategies and components for enterprise use.
  • Keeps management informed of changes and maintains professional networks.
