Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking an experienced IC Security Architect to lead security architecture for regulated SaaS, federal enclaves, and hybrid deployments. You will translate FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, FISMA and other requirements into secure designs, implement identity and access controls, and define encryption, PKI, and data-flow patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• CISSP/CCSP/CISM or similar advanced security certs preferred.
• 8+ years in information security, security architecture, or regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC, FIPS, HIPAA, FISMA.
• Azure/Azure Government, on-premises, hybrid, multi-cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture planning for regulated SaaS, federal cloud, and hybrid deployments.
• Define boundaries, trust zones, data flows, and interconnections.
• Translate security requirements into designs, standards, and evidence.
• Design IAM, passwordless, PIV/CAC, and privileged access patterns.
• Define cryptography, PKI, TLS/mTLS, and key management approaches.
• Establish secure multi-cloud patterns (Azure, on-prem, hybrid).
• Create reusable security patterns across deployment models.
• Lead threat modeling, design reviews, risk assessments, and architecture artifacts.
• Embed DevSecOps with SAST/DAST/SCA, SBOM, IaC, and release gates.
• Define logging, SIEM, audit, monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
