This remote role involves evaluating AI-generated financial analyses and developing benchmarks to enhance transaction dynamics. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of IB experience and strong knowledge in corporate finance. The position offers a flexible schedule at a consulting rate of $100/hr, initially projected for one month with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Investment Banking experience in M&A, IPOs, restructuring.
• Proven ability in deal modelling, valuations, or transaction advisory.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, risk, and capital structure.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks reflecting real transaction dynamics.
• Collaborate with global team of quant researchers and IB specialists.
