Job summary

A leading AI research accelerator is seeking Finance Professionals with strong Investment Banking backgrounds. This remote, flexible consulting role offers up to $100/hour while allowing you to apply your expertise in influencing AI-driven capital markets analysis. Responsibilities include reviewing AI analyses, evaluating model performance, and collaborating with a global team. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of Investment Banking experience and strong knowledge in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, IPOs, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of risk and capital structure.
• Engagement as an Advisory consultant (~10–30 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics that reflect real transaction dynamics.
• Collaborate with quant researchers and IB specialists.
