Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) across a spectrum of applications. You will lead JML lifecycle, role management, connectors, provisioning policies, and transforms, while building workflows in NERM to streamline identity processes.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, hands-on SailPoint ISC experience, and proven ability to integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Ping, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Strong PowerShell skills for automation, integrations, and identity workflows.
• Experience integrating SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Ping, and APIs.
• SailPoint engineering experience; Experience building workflows in NERM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint ISC, guiding integrations across applications.
• Lead implementation of core IAM functions: JML lifecycle, role management, connectors, provisioning policies, rules and transforms.
• Build workflows in NERM and related identity processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain high system availability and continuous access provisioning.

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), providing guidance and support for integrations across a wide range of applications
• Lead the implementation of core IAM functions, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes, role management, connector integrations, provisioning policies, rules, transforms, and workflows
• Experience developing Transforms, Rules, Workflows, PowerShell, Ruby...etc
• Work with a variety of applications and systems, including Active Directory, Ping, Medhost, Cerner, GSuite, Entra ID and more, to support identity integrations and access management processes
• Experience building workflows in NERM
• Proactively identify security vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and implement remediation measures to strengthen the overall identity security posture and reduce exposure to threats
• Work with teams to proactively troubleshooting, resolving critical issues, performing root cause analysis to maintain system availability, health, and continuous access provisioning/deprovisioning to applications
• Maintain up-to-date documentation to support onboarding, cross-team collaboration, and smooth handoffs across IAM-related projects
