Job summary

SOSi seeks an IAM Engineer to help design, implement, and sustain a scalable IAM ecosystem for a DoD customer. The role focuses on secure authentication, Zero Trust, RBAC, and integration with Entra ID, PKI, and CAC across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Requires 5+ years of IAM experience, cloud governance familiarity, and DoD security framework knowledge. Remote work from Florida with a SECRET clearance is offered.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering experience.
• Experience with IAM in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and identity governance tools.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Enforce Zero Trust principles and RBAC to protect mission systems.
• Integrate IAM with Entra ID, PKI, and CAC authentication.
• Oversee IAM automation for provisioning/de-provisioning of users and roles.
• Submit IAM Compliance Report detailing configurations and logs.
