Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and is seeking LMFTs, LICSWs, or LMHCs for telehealth-only practice. Sessions are paid at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Join a supportive team that handles insurance, billing, and EHR while you focus on clinical care. Remote work is available; WA licensure and NPI are required, with potential in-person incentives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions.
• Coordinate credentialing and enrollment with insurance partners.
• Manage notes and client sessions while company handles billing, claims, and EHR support.
