Candidates should have 6+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET experience, and at least 2 years in people management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with C# .NET.
• 2+ years of experience managing developers.
• Experience with authentications, SSO, MFA, IAM, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6-10 developers responsible for the platform that handles customer relationships, data, and integrations.
• Review code, provide insight in architecture and design, and step in to handle tickets.
• Manage a distributed team while prioritizing leadership and delivery.
• Support expansion of .NET microservices and event-driven architecture; implement Kafka.
